We are seeking a candidate with an S-2 or D-2 license who has a minimum of five years of experience working on oil and gas heating systems and AC system. Greco Energy has immediate openings for Class CDL-B With Hazmat Endorsement fuel delivery drivers responsible for the safe and timely delivery of #2 fuel, diesel, and propane to our customers.

Role Responsibilities

• Load and deliver fuel for customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
• Collaborate with the Dispatcher frequently for routing and scheduling information.
• Notify the dispatcher of any product, customer, routing, scheduling or safety issues immediately to obtain their guidance and instruction on how to resolve the issue or situation.

Requirements

• Active Commercial Driver's License required CDL-B
• Hazmat Endorsement
• Proven safety record and strong safety focus required
• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
• 2 years previous driving experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

The ideal CSR candidate will provide exceptional customer service at all times to existing and potential customers by answering calls in a call center environment while simultaneously using a computerized system for tracking information, and/or troubleshooting. Communicate with customers via telephone to provide information about products and services. Schedule service appointments and update accounts.

The prospective candidate must possess working knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer service, including but not limited to assessing customer needs, meeting quality standards for service, good communication skills, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

• Successfully handle high volume inbound customer service calls
• Making/handling high volume of outbound calls
• Respond to e-mail inquiries
• Receive and record completed work orders from field technicians
• Expedite unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
• Maintain accurate customer information and scheduled appointment details
• Actively promote and sell new or additional services or products when applicable.

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Call center experience, preferably in HVAC, Plumbing or related industry
• Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications
• Telemarketing experience is a plus.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and must be able to sit for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends if need be
